Suplevital (suplevital.com) is operated by GG DISTRIBUTIONS LLC and ships from Florida, United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During high volume periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer and we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping cost and estimated delivery time depend on the shipping method and carrier you choose at checkout. You'll see all available options, with their price and estimated delivery time, before you pay. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays or incorrect addresses can affect delivery.

Sales tax

Sales tax, when applicable, is calculated at checkout based on the state of your shipping address and that state's tax rules.

Order tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Shipping address

Please double check your address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to change your address, contact us right away. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll help you file a claim with the carrier and, when applicable, send a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
